Do you ship outside the US?
We absolutely do! 
We happily ship via DHL to most locations across the globe. Simply select your desired destination at checkout for rates and delivery times. Additional taxes may apply.

 

I’m ready to place an order. How long will it take to get it?
Orders typically take 3-5 business days from order to ship out. Delivery times vary based on your location so watch for delivery estimates at checkout. Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking details.   

 

Will the colors of the artwork look exactly as they appear on my screen?
There are subtle variations between monitors, screen resolution, brightness and lighting which all can effect the appearance of the artwork. While we pay careful attention to accurately represent color you may see a slight different from screen to print. Please reach out if you’d like to see additional photos of a work before making a purchase.

 

I see a piece I love, but want to make an adjustment to the size. Is that possible?
Sometimes adjustments can be made to meet your specific needs. It depends on the work. Reach out via our contact form with your request and we’ll let you know what is possible.

 

What size print will work for me?
Prints are sorted into 3 size options — small, medium and large. 

    • Small (up to a 20"x20") is perfect for a gallery wall or on a shelf. Small works also work well paired. 
    • Medium (20"x20" up to 30"x40") is great hanging over a smaller dresser or desk. Sometimes it's just right above a mantle or bed.
    • Large (anything over 36") is great as a statement. Over a sofa, king size bed or as a stand alone in an entryway.

     

    I’m looking for a pair or series. What do you recommend? 
    Consider purchasing two or three of the same print. NeNe Art prints are handmade one at a time so each is unique and perfect for pairing. 

     

    What is your return/exchange policy?
    Due to the delicate nature of our hand crafted Prints, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please plan ahead and feel free to ask questions before placing an order.

      

    What if my order arrives damaged?
    In the event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Providing photos is most helpful with insurance claims. We’ll work quickly to replace your order.

     

    Once I have my artwork how should I frame or display it? 
    It’s totally up to you! Be creative and have fun. We also have a few suggestions on our RESOURCES page. And be sure to check out the GALLERY for inspiration on finishing and framing methods.

    I’m local. Can I come visit your studio?
    NeNe is an online platform only. We don’t currently open up our studio to guests.
